Margarita adds a unique design approach to the development of mobility strategies. She studied Fine Arts & Graphic Design at the University of Florida and completed a master degree in Urban and Regional Planning at University of Amsterdam in 2018. Drawing from over ten years of working experience in both The Netherlands and the United States, Margarita has the vision that built environment, as a uniquely human construct, should be designed intuitively with the end user in mind: people. Bicycles play a vital role within this.

Daan Steenman is a Dutch cycling coach who has worked for many years in partnerships with schools, health organisations, mobility charities and local municipalities. He specialises in coaching people with physical and/or mental disabilities and encourages people from cultural minorities (such as refugees, immigrants and expats) to adapt to the Dutch cycling culture, always appreciating individual abilities and backgrounds. Robbin studied Political Science at Radboud University in Nijmegen, The Netherlands. She also completed a pre-master Communication and Information Sciences.  She is currently working on her Master Communication and Influencing. As part of this work, Robbin temporary joined the growing and dynamic team of Loendersloot. She is investigating whether the potential of internal communications is optimally utilised within our team. If needed, she will make recommendations on how communications between employees with different knowledge areas can be improved. Robbin will present her findings to us after a period of eight weeks.
