He was involved with both outward and inward urban new developments. He dealt with reconstructions of roads and junctions and the creation of the first Dutch Cycling Super Highways, also providing expertise on approval of planning permissions for large-scale developments. Loendersloot takes advantage of Hans’ experience, by receiving coaching and support from Hans for its staff.

Michèlle also studied at the Westphalia Wilhelms University in Münster, Germany, and specialises in International Relations. She investigates the differences and similarities between Dutch and German bicycle mobility policies as part of her master's thesis. Michèlle focuses on potential cooperation between both countries and puts this into practice at Loendersloot.

Sara studies AutoCAD design in Germany, with specialisations in civil engineering, road construction and landscape architecture. Sara worked as a designer in the road and traffic planning department at the German engineering firm Fischer-Teamplan. At Loendersloot, Sara gains work experience with the Dutch planning process. She is also naturally involved in our projects in Germany, such as Veloroute Münster. Sara's internship fits in with Loendersloot's ambitions to operate internationally.
